As a bean-to-bar artisan, I love making chocolate, turning amazing raw cacao beans into beautiful bars.

I started chocomoon to work with my hands and create something with no purpose other than bring joy, and make the chocolate I wanted to eat and share - simple, authentic and inspirational.
